After embarking on his professional journey as an intern at The Retirement Planning Group, Trace Weatherford seamlessly transitioned into a full-time role upon completing his studies at Missouri Western State University. Fueled by a knack for numbers and a strong work ethic, he gravitated towards accounting. In his capacity as a Tax Associate, Trace’s core responsibilities included tax return preparation. Surprisingly, the job also brought the unforeseen satisfaction of positively impacting individuals’ financial trajectories.

Driven by a desire to amplify his impact on people’s financial well-being, Trace set his sights on a Wealth Manager position. Having successfully undertaken and conquered the challenges of the series 65, he is currently in the process of effecting this career transition.

Trace’s family is spread out across North Carolina, Virginia, Oregon, and the Northern KCMO area. He has a half-Australian cattle dog and half-lab named Luna, whom he considers his ride-or-die. Trace enjoys bodybuilding and restoring old Chevy square-body trucks, primarily from the 1970s.
