Charlotte has been in the financial industry for over 30 years and joined The Retirement Planning Group as a Senior Wealth Manager in 2024. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii. Additionally, she is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s National Graduate Trust School.

Charlotte began her career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at Deloitte, a national CPA firm, before transitioning to the private sector. In 2000, she made a significant career change, joining the Trust department at Bank of Hawaii. As a Trust Officer, she discovered her passion for helping clients with their retirement and estate planning. Charlotte understands the critical role that financial planning and investment management play in achieving financial goals and ensuring a comfortable retirement. Her dedication to assisting older clients stems from her personal experience with her parents, who faced challenges managing their assets as they aged.

Though she maintains her CPA designation, Charlotte is not in public practice. She is also a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA), a Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS), and a State of Hawaii Life and Health Insurance producer. She is an active member of the Hawaii Society of CPAs (HSCPA).

In her spare time, Charlotte and her husband, Jerry, enjoy traveling, watching movies, and trying new restaurants.
