Meet Ally Pepito

Ally Pepito joined The Retirement Planning Group as a Tax Coordinator shortly after graduating in May 2022. According to her, TRPG’s members have played a vital role in shaping her both personally and professionally, imparting valuable knowledge about the intricate world of taxes and finance. Prior to joining TRPG, Ally spent seven years in the restaurant industry, working in various positions such as serving, hosting, pastry, and line cooking at some of Kansas City’s most renowned establishments. However, when the opportunity arose to work at TRPG—an environment characterized by flexibility, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to growth—Ally decided it was time for a career change.

Beyond her professional life, Ally is a dog mom to her two cherished fur babies, Joji (5) and Ella (4). During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, binge-watching the latest must-see TV shows, flipping through her cookbooks in search of new culinary adventures, and jamming out in her car.
