Meet Hayden Teruya

Hayden’s path to becoming a Client Relationship Manager at The Retirement Planning Group wasn’t a straight line, but it was driven by his passion for helping others. After earning his B.S. in Marketing from North Dakota State University, he initially followed a different career route. However, his desire to make a real difference in people’s lives pulled him toward the financial services industry. Inspired by the role financial literacy plays in securing a strong future, Hayden found his purpose in guiding clients toward their retirement goals.

What Hayden loves most about his role is building meaningful relationships with clients and supporting them every step of the way on their financial journeys. His commitment to genuinely helping others, paired with his industry knowledge, makes him a perfect fit for the TRPG team.

Outside of work, Hayden enjoys an active lifestyle with his high school sweetheart, Taylor. Whether they’re freediving or simply spending time outdoors, they’re always seeking new adventures and creating lasting memories. Hayden also finds time to give back to his community through volunteer work, believing that making a positive impact is just as important in his personal life as it is in his professional one.
