Meet Jandi Iha

Jandi began her career with Lee Financial Group Hawaii, Inc. (LFG) in 2014. Originally, she joined as a temporary employee while searching for a veterinarian role at an animal hospital. However, she quickly discovered that the financial services industry was her true calling. After years at LFG, now a part of The Retirement Planning Group, she’s thrilled to be an integral member of the Operations Team.

At work, Jandi excels in creating innovative solutions like process automations that reduce repetitive tasks, boost productivity, and enhance efficiency. Her passion for lifelong learning extends beyond her professional life. In her free time, she studies languages and volunteers as a docent at the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum. She also loves playing soccer, hiking, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. Having lived in Korea and Japan, Jandi is conversational in Japanese, adding another layer to her diverse skill set.
