Meet Shari Toyama

Shari was born and raised on the beautiful island of Maui, also known as the Valley Isle. She pursued her studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s College of Business Administration and has since made her home on the bustling island of Oahu.

Before entering the finance industry, Shari built a successful career in hospitality. She began in the IT department of a renowned local company and later transitioned to the accounting department, where she supported over 20 properties across Hawaii, the mainland, and Costa Rica. At the local Hawaii office, she managed onboarding and offboarding users and helped familiarize them with various applications. Shari viewed every user as a customer and consistently delivered outstanding service.

After over 30 years in hospitality, Shari decided to shift to the finance industry, joining another esteemed local company. This role allowed her to expand her skills through diverse duties and responsibilities. Now, as the Office Assistant at TRPG’s Hawaii location, Shari is excited to continue her journey in the finance world.

Although she doesn’t have pets of her own, Shari adores animals, especially dogs. She keeps treats in her drawer for any pups visiting the office, and they certainly know where to find her!

In her spare time, Shari enjoys reading, shopping, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her rich background and dedication to excellent service make her a valued member of our team.
